We had a water line break in our home overnight. After getting a plumber out to stop the leak we called our insurance agent. Our agent recommended NewGen Restores for the mitigation, clean up and repairs.
NewGen was very responsive and was out that day to assess the damage. They immediately set up dehumidifiers and fans. Once everything was dried out to industry standards, I brought the plumber back in for major repairs.
When I called NewGen back after the plumber was done, they were out the next day to start the drywall repair . Aaron and Joe did an excellent job. Both were courteous and on time every day. We were very thankful for the excellent work, craftmanship and urgency to complete our repairs. They were a bright spot in a difficult situation.
